Meidum sets up in a hidden valley at Pat Busch Mountain Reserve outside Robertson, about two hours from Cape Town — mountains on every side and a dam to swim in. The main stage is a 25-metre, four-storey pyramid built as a temple of sound and light, and the music runs house, indie dance, techno and disco across the weekend. Camping is included in the ticket.
